All County Roofing Inc. is a locally owned, commercial roofing company based in Boise, Idaho with licenses in Oregon and Montana.

We specialize in flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing, and we’ve built our reputation on integrity, expertise, and doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates using plans, specs, and site data
• Perform detailed takeoffs and scope development
• Analyze labor, materials, timelines, and production rates
• Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership on strategy
• Manage awarded bids, including change orders and cost tracking
• Maintain estimating systems, pricing databases, and documentation
• Support sales and operations to help win and execute projects successfully

What You Bring

• 4 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing systems
• Experience with tools like Acculynx, Excel (or similar)
• Ability to read blueprints and develop scopes of work
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Based in Boise, Idaho
