Job Summary:
Residential Property Management Firm in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a part-time Field Inspector with a strong customer service background. This person will be an integral member of the team and work closely with the Leasing Manager, Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator on various assignments. Qualified person must possess excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, have ability to prioritize tasks, and be friendly, upbeat, and professional. In addition, this person must be comfortable using phone-based apps to perform job functions. The position will offer the successful candidate opportunities for growth and new skill development. Candidate must have a clean driving record and valid GA Driver’s license.
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct and prepare move-in and move out inspection reports for new lease-ups.
· Check vacant properties to assess move-in readiness, security of property.
· Obtain photos for new lease listings.
· Meet vendors and coordinate various on-site property repairs and maintenance.
· Review repairs and maintenance at properties to ensure they are performed in satisfactory manner.
· Install, remove, and change lockboxes on vacant properties as needed.
· Perform drive -by inspections of the properties and assess tenant compliance with lease obligations, required exterior maintenance to properties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
