Collision Repair Estimator — Eustis, FL
We're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our Eustis team.

What you'll do:
- Inspect vehicles and write accurate, complete collision repair estimates
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters
- Identify additional damage and manage supplements
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and production to keep repairs moving
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Help deliver a high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Collision estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures
- Experience working with insurance companies and adjusters
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple repairs
- CCC experience preferred
Compensation: $55,000–$85,000 depending on experience, plus performance incentives.
