All County Collision is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art collision repair facility in Oxford, FL, and we're looking for an experienced Collision Estimator / Repair Advisor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE.
- Review OEM repair procedures and develop complete repair plans.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and provide regular status updates.
- Work with insurance companies to negotiate supplements and ensure proper repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Schedule repairs and manage workflow to meet production goals.
- Deliver completed vehicles and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
- Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Collision estimating experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Experience with CCC ONE is a plus.
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
