Role Description This is a 100% commission-based contract Sales role in a hybrid work environment, based in Clearwater, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating new property owner leads through calls, networking, online outreach, and local market activities. The role involves presenting All County Advance Property Management’s services, conducting consultations with prospective clients, and converting leads into signed management agreements. The Sales contractor will build and maintain a pipeline in the Clearwater area, follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Additional duties include tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback on market trends to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage property owners and residents professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing new business in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to property owners on services, processes, and expectations, supporting a smooth onboarding experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking leads, commissions, and performance metrics, as well as basic data analysis.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with property management, real estate, or related industries is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation for in-person meetings and local networking in the Clearwater, FL area.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and online marketing platforms to support sales outreach and follow-up.
