Job Description: Operations Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented multitasker that enjoys working in a respectful, challenging and engaging environment to join our Operations Team in a hybrid Setup/Delivery/Warehouse role.
This role is responsible for the setup, delivery, pickup and movement of clients’ copiers, printers and other office products, as well as warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Setups involve assembly and testing copiers, printers and their related components. For this you should be comfortable navigating a computer interface, have at least a moderate technical aptitude, understanding of mechanics and component fitment, either through prior work or personal experience.
Deliveries include the transportation of our client’s office technology equipment as well as other products offered by us. In this role you will work with the client to determine the correct location for their equipment, have them sign for the delivery and answer any questions they may have, as well as processing delivery calls and any related paperwork.
The ideal candidate has an upbeat, positive attitude towards the challenges each day presents, as well as good written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; has a strong sense of urgency and good time management. You should also be flexible with work hours and have experience driving a forklift as well as a 16 foot, or larger, box truck.

The position is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm and pay for this position starts at $24 per hour and includes bonus opportunities, as well as cell phone reimbursement to compensate for work-related use and occasional overtime as needed.
We provide On-The-Job training and clearly defined expectations, along with the support of a knowledgeable team. Uniform shirts are also provided; however, work pants, not jeans, along with work boots/shoes are required.

- Prior customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds periodically throughout the day
- Able to drive safely and work in all weather conditions
- Possess a modern smart phone with cellular plan which includes data
- Must have a clean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years
