Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to add to our Warehouse Operations team. This is a multi-faceted role that includes delivering and receiving and processing of inventory, as well as processing and staging inventory in preparation for transporting between warehouses. This role involves operating a forklift, box truck, handling sensitive office equipment, data entry, as well as other general warehouse operations & assisting with periodic inventory counts.
The ideal candidate has good written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; has a strong sense of urgency and time management and has an upbeat, positive attitude towards the challenges each day presents. You have the ability to communicate effectively, are very comfortable with working in a warehouse environment and are comfortable working with various Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Excel & Word. This role also includes working in our specialized software system to process orders.
As an essential business, our performance directly impacts the ability of various critical regional infrastructure, medical and educational organizations to operate effectively, allowing them to serve the community as seamlessly as possible. This role supports the success of our organization by ensuring proper inventory processing, which allows us to effectively serve our customers’ needs.
The position is full time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm and pay for this position starts at $20 per hour.
We provide initial On-The-Job training and clearly defined expectations, along with the support of a knowledgeable team. Uniform shirts are also provided; however, work pants, along with work boots/shoes are required, but not provided.
