Trucking company that hauls asphalt, gravel, sand, dirt and various materials for a large local company in KC
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck, following all company regulations and local laws, and ensuring that all loads are delivered on time.
Drivers MUST have 2 years CURRENT experience with a Tri-Axle Dump truck or end-dump hauling asphalt and dumping in a paving machine and milling experience also. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE TWO REQUIREMENTS THEN PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS AD. LET'S NOT WASTE EACH OTHERS TIME. I WILL ONLY HIRE EXPERIENCED ASPHALT DRIVERS. We do work some weekends.
Our trucks are automatics, you must have a Class B License air with good driving record. We will go through clearinghouse @ FMCSA along with pre-employment & random drug screenings. Responsibilities:
- Drive a dump truck in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and bed.
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers on the road in a polite and responsible manner.
- Keep accurate records of hours worked.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Driving: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL B (Required)
