This is an outdoor role, canvassing residential neighborhoods — no closing or prior sales experience needed. Our experienced sales team handles the inspections and sales process — your focus is simply setting qualified appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods in Bend and surrounding areas
- Speak with homeowners and offer free roof inspections
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
Pay
- Most reps: $1,000–$1,200/week
- Top reps: $1,800 /week
- Paid per appointment performance bonuses
- Uncapped earnings — the more you set, the more you make
