Job Description:
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers. While this position is in the automotive field, it does not involve hands-on vehicle work; instead, you will assist customers via email and phone to address their technical inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone, addressing technical questions and concerns related to our automotive products and services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to their problems.
Utilize technical knowledge and resources to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our engineering and product development teams, to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Stay up-to-date with our products and services to ensure you can offer comprehensive support.
Contribute to the improvement of our knowledge base and customer support processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
