Purpose:
The Bulk Oil Sales and Delivery Specialist is responsible for working with the Corporate Parts Ordering Analyst to increase the sale of bulk oil and related products to the current Heritage Tractor customer base, as well as identifying and developing new bulk product sales opportunities. This position will also be responsible for the transportation and final delivery of bulk products to end-users and Heritage Tractor locations in a timely fashion.
Essential Job Functions:
• Sales of bulk oil products, including but not limited to other John Deere parts & products.
• Delivery of bulk oil products to customer base and Heritage Tractor locations.
• Identify new sales opportunities and leads and provide feedback to Corporate Parts Ordering Analyst.
• Assist in the packaging of bulk products for retail sale in Heritage Tractor locations.
• Assist in transferring packaged oils, coolants, and net wrap quarterly.
• Creating Open Sales Tickets in EQUIP daily for oil delivered that day.
• Understand and ensure that OSHA and EPA rules and guidelines are adhered to.
• Understand and ensure that all DOT rules and guidelines are adhered to.
• Participate in classes that pertain to John Deere parts & product knowledge.
• Gather customer information as needed and communicate the information obtained back to colleagues and management.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime including extended hours and weekends.
• Follow all safety rules, policies and regulations and keep your workplace clean, orderly and free of hazards.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- • CDL Required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of bulk oil and related products including but not limited to John Deere parts, chemicals, lubricants, and DEF.
• Ability to understand the customer’s needs and identify opportunities to sell additional or related products.
• Clean driving record.
• General understanding of mechanical and technical terms is preferred.
• Knowledge of standard desktop and software applications such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook, e-mail and internet functions and ability to learn the required business system computer software and programs necessary for this position.
• Conduct business in alignment with the company’s Mission, Vision and Core Values.

Salary : $54,997 - $75,000
