Shipping and Receiving Clerk-1st Shift

Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 6:30 AM-11:00 AM

Salary:

$19-21/hour based on experience

What is the Job:

Verifies and maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Utilizes Shipping and Receiving (S&R) equipment to load and unload trucks promptly. Manage warehouse organization and housekeeping. Utilize Bluestreak software to create necessary and accurate documentation of shipments.

• Verify the accuracy and condition of incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare proper receiving paperwork for all incoming materials and supplies—including powder.
• Distribute incoming materials, parts, and supplies to the proper location.
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Open communication with drivers and customers, as needed.
• Utilize BlueStreak software to create proper and accurate paperwork.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• One year minimum manufacturing experience
• Proficient in mathematics and numbering systems
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to speak and understand the English language
• Good attendance is a must!
