What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Washing Technician position at All Clean Power Washing?
As a technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of residential & commercial exterior cleaning services. Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform Pressure washing/softwashing service following our specific training program.
- Follow specific daily tasks which include arriving on time (7 am), preparing truck for the days jobs and making sure jobs are reviewed so all needed equipment is on truck and ready for a productive successful day.
- Use our app to properly track jobs and document required tasks.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment properly cleaned, and in good working order and condition and properly document any issues that need to be addressed by our fleet management company.
- Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross training for some of our other services provided.
- Be respectful of our clients property, as well as ours and other employees.
- No experience necessary but prior experience in our industry or a related field is a plus
- Physical ability to lift ladders
- Willing and able to work up to 40' on a ladder
- Must be able to work outdoors, including light rain and summer temperatures.
- Be willing and avialbale to work weekends during our busy season (April-June) season
- Excellent communication skills.

- Be willing and able to attend training and certification programs both in house and provided by third parties (paid training and all travel or expenses related are covered by All Clean
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
