Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Dusting/sanitizing all areas of homes and/or offices including, but not limited to ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, light fixtures, light switches, picture frames, furniture, doors, windows, toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, countertops, appliances, and dog bowls..
- Strip and/or remake all beds if applicable
- Consolidate and take out all trash if applicable
- Vacuuming and wet mopping all floors
- Seasonally wiping down outside deck furniture and trex
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. - Occasional dog walking on request
Requirements:
- Ability to manage your time efficiently while being unsupervised
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
