Job Summary
This position reports to the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for the day to day workflow at our Hayward warehouse location. You will support the daily functions of the operations department, act as backup for Operations management, and generally oversee the Hayward location of All Clean.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Contribute to Performance reviews
- Participate in Coaching and counseling of staff
- Oversee and direct the daily workload of the warehouse staff
- Keep management informed of relevant incidents
- Manage special projects, inventories, and warehouse rental space
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with daily functions to support the Operations department
- Monitor the daily 10 day log for outbound loads ensuring compliance with transfer regulations
- Printing and general preparation for daily packets
- Perform audits of incoming packets
- Office manager responsibilities such as stocking breakroom and facilities and coordinating with vendors (cleaning, uniforms, landscaping, etc.)
- Serve as backup to the San Jose Operations department as needed
- Assist inbound/outbound loads
- Must understand and adhere to EPA, DOT, and any State and Local laws and regulations
- Assist with transportation needs including but not limited to driver log review, truck maintenance requests, and mileage logs
- Data entry - disposal logs, update project information in system
- Customer Service support.
- Attend operation meetings
- Perform safe work practices that involve chemical and biohazardous materials
- Limited backup warehouse support
- Facility related safety and compliance inspections including but not limited to forklift, fire extinguisher, and safety shower
- Supplies and Container Inventory management and submitting purchase request to restock
- Report all accidents, illnesses, injuries, to supervisor immediately
- Attend and maintain all required training necessary for position

- Proficient technology skills with various office equipment and software programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Education and Experience
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- One (1) year job related experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required to efficiently and safely perform work tasks.
- Successful completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER and subsequent Annual 8-hour Refresher training courses preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Requires pushing, pulling, bending twisting and lifting.
- Must perform general physical activities.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must possess the ability to use a variety of manual and power tools
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
