Storage Site Manager

We are looking for a Storage Site Manager in one of our Phoenix locations who will serve as a leader to our storage site team. You will have the opportunity to develop new ideas to create more efficiency and accuracy within current processes. The right candidate for this position will be highly motivated, will lead by example and communicate effectively. Must be able to multi-task, coach/develop cross functional team members, and provide world class customer service.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A STORAGE SITE MANAGER?

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and team management experience. This person will thrive in an ever-changing environment and is always up for a challenge. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus, and knowledge of Title 28 and the AZ DOT Level 1 Inspection process is preferred.

We take great pride in achieving customer satisfaction and providing top notch leadership to our teams, so the following is required for this position:

· At least 3 years of experience leading small to mid-size teams

· Customer service or operations experience

· Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

· Basic math skills, handling cash and preparing cash deposits

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Organized and detail oriented

· Ability to prioritize daily activities and complete all tasks by deadline

· Solid problem-solving skills

JOB DUTIES:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

· Lead, motivate and direct daily activities of front office and yard team members

· Train and coach team members to ensure all standards are met

· Audit invoices for accuracy, reconcile deposits, inventory reconciliation and investigate any irregularities

· File Motor Vehicle Division paperwork in a timely manner

· Manage time and attendance, and ensure adequate scheduling of the team

· Ability to function in any of the storage site team positions to fill-in when necessary

· Partner with HR to recruit and hire team members

· Actively engage in team development, team building, discipline, and rewards

· Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and applicable contracts

· Comply with OSHA standards and foster an environment that promotes safety first

· Responsible for the site and its personnel, and must be able to handle after hours calls and concerns
