Entry-Level Maintenance Assistant
All City Towing is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to build practical maintenance and handyman skills.
No extensive experience is required, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Replace HVAC air filters
- Change light bulbs and light fixtures
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including unclogging toilets and drains
- Complete routine building inspections
- Keep shop and facility areas clean and organized
- Assist with painting, patching drywall, and minor building repairs
- Perform basic grounds maintenance and cleanup/power washing
- Move materials, furniture, and equipment as needed
- Assist the Maintenance Technician with larger repairs and projects
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Able to lift 50–80 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools are not required but preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have valid drivers license

You will have a schedule that provides a healthy work/life balance. You will be paid an hourly rate starting at $19/hr DOE and all training is paid. We provide paid time off and paid sick leave after 90 days.
