Job Summary
All City Janitorial Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Janitor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust furniture, desks, and surfaces
- Clean glass, mirrors, and entry doors
- Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
- Maintain common areas and lobbies
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
