The Attendant Laundry & Outdoor Tasks, role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of laundry facilities and outdoor areas. This position ensures efficient laundry handling and keeps outdoor spaces tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of laundry area
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of outdoor spaces
• Collect and dispose of trash in designated outdoor areas
• Assist with loading and unloading laundry equipment and supplies
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
• Conduct pressure washing of outdoor surfaces
• Lift heavy items as required to complete tasks
