Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Embroidery Operator located in Baltimore, MD. The Embroidery Operator will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as setting up and operating embroidery machines, preparing materials, ensuring designs are applied with precision, and performing quality checks. They will also maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met for all orders.
Qualifications
- Experience operating embroidery machines and familiarity with garment preparation processes
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in design application
- Basic machine maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle materials with precision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a custom apparel or similar environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in embroidery or similar fields is advantageous
