About Us
All City Candy is a locally owned, women-owned candy company with a big heart and a lot of personality. We operate a 6,000 sq. ft. candy store, a growing e-commerce business, and an in-house production kitchen where we create hand-dipped chocolates and specialty treats.

This Is a General Team Position
We are hiring team members across multiple areas, and we’ll place you where your skills shine best:
* Retail / Sales Floor
- Assisting customers and creating a welcoming experience
- Stocking shelves and maintaining displays
- Operating POS and handling transactions
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and on-brand
* Fulfillment / E-commerce
- Picking, packing, and shipping online orders
- Accuracy and attention to detail (addresses, packing, labeling)
- Working efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Keeping the fulfillment area organized and clean
*Preparing specialty candy items (no baking or from-scratch chocolate)
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe
- Following recipes, production lists, and seasonal workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Self-motivated and able to stay busy without being micromanaged
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Team players who take pride in doing things the right way
- Previous retail, food service, warehouse, or production experience is a plus — but not required
Our Busy Season
Our busiest time is September–December, so flexibility during peak season is a big plus. Outside of that, schedules are more steady and predictable.
