We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing children of all ages and abilities a fine arts enrichment curriculum at low cost We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and passionate Camp Director to lead our Summer Art Camp programs! This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity meets management—perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, dynamic, and kid-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of camp programs
- Supervise and support camp counselors, instructors, and volunteers
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all campers
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children
- Coordinate scheduling, attendance, and activity flow
- Manage supplies and maintain camp space organization
- Assist in planning and executing special events, theme days, and performances
