Preschool Teachers Job Description
All Children's Academy is looking for Preschool Teachers who can help to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children's growth and development. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for or trained to monitor and teach 1, 2, 3 or 4 year-old children. You will partner with our team to enhance the Developmentally Appropriate Practices in the learning environment at our school. School Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7am-5:30pm

Preschool Teacher responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
- Create activities that are fun and educational for the children
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
- Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
- Assist children and parents with potty training, be comfortable with changing diapers on a daily basis
- Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
- Ability to clean and maintain classroom
- Florida 40 clock hours (Preferred but not required at the time of hire)
- At least 2 years’ experience (Preferred but not required)
- College Degree in Early Education or CDA preferred but not required
