What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cargo Tank /Tank Trailer Mechanic – 2nd Shift evening position position at All Chemical Transport?
· We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cargo Tank Inspector and experienced Tank Trailer Mechanic to join our busy maintenance team for our evening, 2nd shift position.
· We will train the right candidate and provide full on-the-job training and mentorship to help you earn the Inspector credentials.
· You will handle routine service, diagnostic troubleshooting and complex repairs on specialized cargo tank trailers.
· Your work ensures our fleet meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) and safety standards

Key Responsibilities
· Inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair domestic tanker trailers, ISO tanks, container chassis, diesel equipment, and mechanical and electrical systems,
· Perform preventative maintenance and required inspections to keep our specialized fleet safe, compliant, reliable and road-ready.
Qualifications and Skills
· Proven experience with tanker trailers, ISO tanks or container chassis
· Knowledge of shop equipment
· Valid driver’s license
· No prior Cargo Tank Certification required, we will provide full on-the job training and testing to get you fully certified.
