Night Property Maintenance Worker

All Care Services, LLC in Kansas City, KS is hiring a full-time Night Property Maintenance Worker to tackle some of the essential responsibilities that keep our properties in tip-top shape! This is a great entry-level opportunity to make a noticeable impact while working during the quiet evening hours.

This entry-level position works evenings from 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with five days on and two off. When you join us, you earn $18.75/hr $3.00/hr weekend differential. With weekend work and the possibility of overtime (3–5 hours/week), many team members earn more than the base rate; average total hourly pay across the team has been up to $21.99/hr. (Overtime is not guaranteed, and actual earnings vary by schedule.)

THE NIGHT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As a Night Property Maintenance Worker, you help keep our commercial properties clean, hazard-free, and in top-notch shape! Customer service is at the heart of all you do, and you work closely with your team to maintain an inviting, pleasant environment for residents and visitors. Every evening brings something different as you thoroughly inspect properties, remove debris and trash, and address any potential dangers.

You also carefully drive a sweeper truck as well as perform general maintenance and cleaning for our vehicles. Motivated to take our property maintenance efforts to the next level, you share insights with your team and brainstorm new strategies to optimize our processes. A great attitude is a must, and you take pride in making a significant impact on countless people!
