WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:
As our Property Care Specialist, you approach each shift by carefully inspecting assigned properties, making sure they remain clean, safe, and professional. You remove debris, operate maintenance sweeper vehicles with precision, and address safety concerns before they escalate. You coordinate with your teammates to ensure every property is secure and inviting for residents and visitors. Throughout your day, you take responsibility for maintaining the sweeper trucks, keeping them clean, reliable, and ready to perform at a high standard.
What We Need From You:
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work morning, evening, or overnight hours
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
While not required, experience in management, manual labor, delivery driving, and/or maintenance/landscaping is preferred!
PAY & SCHEDULE:
Your starting pay is $19.50 per hour, plus a $3.00 per hour weekend differential. With weekend work and the potential for 3–5 hours of overtime per week. Overtime is not guaranteed, and actual earnings vary by schedule. Average annual salary (including overtime and differential) is around 46-47k.
Schedule options:
- Both schedules offer 5 days on and 2 days off
- Overnight shift: 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM
- Morning shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
