What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Full-Time position at All Care Home Health?

Full-Time 

Monday-Friday 

Some weekend shifts available as well.

Primary duties involve medication management, in-person nursing assessments, tube flushing and documentation.  

All Care is hiring! All Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. This position will work under the close supervision of our Director of Nursing. All Care provides a great deal of flexibility to our LPN staff regarding work schedules. All Care strives to provide THE VERY BEST care to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities in their own home.  

Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications
