What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative RN position at All Care Home Health, LLC?
Full-Time Administrative RN
Office hours Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
DUTIES:
- Create plan of care for all new individuals served
- Conduct supervisory visits and document results
- Annual oversight of health, risk and safety assessments using the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST)
- Review of data tracking and documentation
- Provide staff training and oversight
- Coordinate medical visits for clients
- Medication passes
- Other duties as assigned
