Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Work Setting: On the road / Patient homes
Schedule: Day shift, Occasional weekends
Job Summary
Our Home Health Agency is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate care team. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on managing illness or injury
- Document patient visits and maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
- CPR certification (Preferred)
- Home health experience (Preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
