All Business Solutions is growing rapidly, especially with the launch of Salsa POS, a modern point-of-sale system for high-volume restaurants. 

This role is hands-on and creative. The brand Content Creator will spend time visiting busy restaurants, talking with business owners, capturing content during live operations, and turning it into engaging videos. If you enjoy moving around, creating content, and bringing real stories to life, this is a fun and rewarding environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Video Content Creator to lead video content creation across our brands, Salsa POS, and All Business Solutions. This role is responsible for producing a range of content, including short-form social media videos, product walkthroughs, educational content, customer success stories, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate understands how to capture attention on social media and is comfortable producing content across platforms. They will have the autonomy to help shape our video strategy and an opportunity to build a recognizable brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is adept at creative ownership, on-site and off-site content collection, high-quality production, and organization. 

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-production, platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Create various forms of high-production videos, such as: Product walkthroughs, feature explainers, educational tutorials, customer success stories, brand storytelling content
• Develop creative ideas that align with business goals and audience interests
• Stay current on social media trends, storytelling formats, and editing styles
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across content
• Visit restaurant customers during busy hours (evenings & weekends) to capture real-world footage, interview restaurant owners/customers, and record educational content
• Capture internal team content, such as support, operations, and company culture
• Organize and maintain video assets and editing workflows
• Manage the company content calendar and publishing schedule

Key Qualities for Success:

• A portfolio with proven experience producing high-quality video content for social media. Specifically showcasing high production short-form content, strong editing rhythm and pacing, trend-aware work, product-forward storytelling, and (optional but preferred) technology-focused content, restaurant content, or SAAS content. 
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers on camera

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with lighting, audio, and camera equipment
• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or technology industry
• Basic understanding of analytics and content performance metrics
