Are you highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, ecommerce, and customer experience?
We’re a fast-growing South Asian fashion rental startup looking for an Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator to help support daily operations as we continue to grow across the U.S. and Canada.
This is a hands-on startup role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being involved in many different areas of a growing business.
What You’ll Do:
- Support customer communication via Shopify chat, email, and text
- Assist with ecommerce operations, inventory coordination, and order tracking
- Prepare and pack rental orders for shipment
- Help organize inventory, garment prep, returns, and warehouse workflow
- Assist with product updates, customer engagement, and general operational support
- Support day-to-day startup operations and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce strongly preferred
- Interest in fashion, styling, ecommerce, and customer experience
- Familiarity with South Asian/Indian fashion and wedding culture strongly preferred
- Positive attitude, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
