Pay
- $19/hour
- Cash and card tips
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Operations):
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards
- Operate the food truck during service hours (setup, service, and breakdown)
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
- Open and close the truck as needed
- Drive the food truck (10 ft Box truck)
Qualifications
- Food service or hospitality experience (food truck experience is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on your feet and in varying weather conditions
- Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable means of communication required (phone)
