OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team in helping clients successfully navigate the annual benefits renewal process. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy, you will work closely with insurance carrier representatives and internal team members to deliver high-quality renewal proposals in the following areas:
- Pre-Quoting Renewal Preparations: Manage timelines, gather data, and prepare groups for market.
- Quoting: Coordinate RFPs, review proposals for accuracy, and share updates with the team.
- Benefits Presentations: Compile competitive proposals and create accurate client-facing materials.
- Implementations: Finalize plan selections, track compensation details, and organize documentation.
- Off Cycle Renewal Preparation: Collect claims data and prepare mid-year review reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience in benefits administration or related role
- Basic knowledge of employee benefits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced team environment
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience with a brokerage or insurance agency environment
