About Us:
All Aspects at the Barn is a unique, family-friendly destination! We have a store in a 3000 sq foot restored barn and Barn Brew our espresso bar within it. We also have a petting farm, host events and DIY workshops, offer pavilion rentals, and operate a full venue for weddings and gatherings. We have an on site wine bar. There’s always something happening!
What You’ll Do:
As our Barn Brew Barista, you’ll help bring our coffee experience to life while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and tea
- Handling baked goods & restocking bakery case
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar
- Handling transactions through our POS system
- Assisting customers with menu selections and recommendations
- Supporting the overall store experience when needed
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Who You Are:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Friendly, outgoing, and team oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excited to be part of a creative, hands-on small business
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience (preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person)
- Experience with POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
- Interest in coffee, local products, and artisan retail environments
