About Us
All Around Heating and Cooling is a local, growing HVAC company serving homes and businesses across North Alabama. We're a small team that takes care of our customers and each other, and we're looking for a service tech who wants to grow with us.
The Role
You'll run service calls on residential and commercial systems: finding the problem, fixing it right the first time, and helping customers understand their options. When a system is due for replacement or a maintenance plan makes sense, you'll walk the customer through it and earn commission on what you sell. This role is for a tech who's good with tools and good with people.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Explain repair, replacement and maintenance options to customers in plain terms
- Present and sell system replacements, maintenance agreements and add-ons like IAQ products
- Build quotes, invoices and job notes in ServiceTitan on a tablet
- Collect payment on site and keep service records accurate
- Keep your truck stocked, clean and organized
- Follow safety standards and local codes
- Take part in an on-call rotation [frequency]
Requirements
- [2 ] years of HVAC service experience (residential required, commercial a plus)
- EPA 608 certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and refrigeration systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Friendly, professional communication with customers
- Comfortable using a tablet or phone software (we'll train you on ServiceTitan)
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Pay and Benefits
- $[22] to $[30] per hour, based on experience

Schedule
Monday through Friday, [7:30 to 4:30], with on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
