Accounting Associates
- Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager 6 or 7
- Comprehensive knowledge Avid XChange, WorkFlows, Security, Vendor Management etc.
- YCheck and other Standard accounting API’s including Paylease etc.
Managing Agents
- Must have minimum 3 years of prior Experience in Cooperatives and Condominiums.
- Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe and Internet Explorer (Internet Access).
- Must know how to use Office scanners, Network printers and other forms of Document Management devices.
- Good to know Yardi Accounting Software.
- Must be able to travel all 5 boroughs.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
