Janitor / Maintenance Worker Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuums floors, Mopping floors, empties trash receptacles, and replace lining of trash cans, Cleaning bathrooms. Primary Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect equipment and desks/computers.
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Dust furniture if needed and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants and re stock the restrooms as needed.
- Organize Janitorial Storage Areas.
- Cleaning Interior and Exterior of all appliances.
- Fill all lavatory dispensers with supplies.
Days:
Service: Recurring Janitorial (1 cleaner)
Mondays – 10:30AM-2PM (3.5hrs)
Wednesdays – 10:30AM-1PM (2.5 hrs)
Fridays – 10:30AM-1:30PM (3hrs)
Total= 9 hrs weekly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Experience:
- Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
