Requirements
Education: High School Diploma; must be able to read, write, and do basic math.
Skills:
- Must be a self-starter with attention to detail.
- Must work well in an unsupervised environment.
License: Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend and lift frequently during an eight-hour day.
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb one flight of stairs.
Responsibilities
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean furniture and fixtures.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Requisition supplies needed for cleaning duties.
- Clear debris from grounds.
- Clean windows.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
- Move furniture, equipment, supplies and files for storage.
- Demonstrate safe work habits.
- Able to understand scope of work and complete with little or no supervision.
- All office personnel must be reliable, must report for duty on time
