Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will participate in the coordination of activities and operations of the warehouse. Repeatedly lift, load, and offload metal products, windows, and doors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- General Shop Labor.
- Loading/offloading metal products, windows and doors.
- Working on production line and meeting production targets
- Directs forklift drivers as needed.
- Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
- Occasional pick up and deliveries using a company vehicle.
- Shop cleaning and organization as needed.
- Performs other related duties as directed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Positive attitude
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Two years of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
- Ability to move around the warehouse.
Salary : $18 - $20
