Field Operations Technician
All American Property Solutions LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a family-owned company. No two days are the same. Our team provides excavation, lawn maintenance, property preservation, demolition, and general contracting services throughout the Tri-State area.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Operating skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment
- Transporting equipment and trailers to and from job sites
- Residential and commercial lawn mowing and maintenance
- Property cleanups and debris removal
- Property preservation services, including trash-outs and securing properties
- Demolition and tear-down projects
- General construction and repair work
- Assisting with estimates by measuring properties, taking photos, and documenting job details
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work vehicles clean and organized
- Providing excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone for job assignments, photos, navigation, communication, and required documentation
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction, landscaping, heavy equipment, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
Travel
Some projects require overnight travel.
When overnight travel is necessary:
- Hotel accommodations are provided
- Meals are paid for by the company
- Travel time and applicable work hours are compensated
