What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Crew Member position at All American Property Maintenance?
Immediate opening. Our company is seeking a full time experienced, reliable, hard working and detail oriented professional lawn care crew member to drive truck and trailer, mow and trim lawns, weekly weeding, trim shrubs, and other landscaping jobs as needed. Must be able to operate a zero turn mower, trimmers, etc. for all aspects of lawn maintenance.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial lawn and landscaping. If you do not know what you are doing, don't waste our time.
Candidate MUST have a valid, current driver’s license with a physical card, able to drive a truck and trailer, and have a clean driving record.
Normal 5 day work week is Monday thru Friday (weather permitting). Weekends if needed due to weather delays or extra work.
OT after 40 hours.
If you are mechanically inclined and able to take care of mowing equipment, truck and trailer, change and sharpen mower blades, etc., that is helpful.
We also provide asphalt services such as crack sealing, sealcoating, line striping and small patchwork. There is work available through that part of the business as well, and as needed.
Winter work is available and must be experienced in snow plowing, shoveling and salting. Pay rate is based on experience.
