Must have a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing systems, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing system layouts.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians when necessary for integrated system installations.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in Service Plumbing.
- Clean Driving Record
- Experience in all aspects of residential plumbing service and maintenance is desirable, showcasing versatility in various repair tasks.
- Capability of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed during job duties.
- Previous field service experience is an advantage, demonstrating customer interaction skills.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Water heater and tankless diagnostic skills a plus
- Familiar with service software such as Service Titan an advantage

- plumbing service or plumbing new construction: 3 years (Required)
- Plumbing Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
