Duties
- Actively approach potential customers door-to-door within assigned territories to introduce our products and services
- Conduct engaging conversations to understand customer needs and present compelling solutions aligned with their interests
- Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Utilize CRM software such as GuerillaDesk to log interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns to nurture leads and expand your customer base
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional strategies and increase outreach effectiveness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Experience
- Previous experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude above all
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively
- Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, or inside sales will be advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, GuerillaDesk or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits
- Background in technical or technology sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities
