What are the responsibilities and job description for the Martial Arts Instructor position at All American Martial Arts?
RESULTS EXPECTED IN THIS POSITION
To acquire and retain clients for our Martial Arts and Lifeskills Programs, manage and develop instructional staff, testing, renewal, and retail goals.
WORK EXPECTED IN THIS POSITION
1. Teach Fun, Safe, High energy, Highly motivating classes by the numbers.
2. Must be proficient at the following -
A. Group Intros
B. Mat Chats
C. Curriculum
D. Drills for Skills
E. Rotating Curriculum
3. Your most important role is to make EVERY student feel special EVERY DAY!
4. Great Job notes prepared daily - Every student to receive great job note every 3 months
5. Teach high energy - highly motivating classes by the numbers.
6. Daily cleaning of studio.
7. Other duties as assigned.
MARKETING
- Execute school talks, career days, PE teacher for the day, demos, etc
- Lead boxes
- Ad cards

Specific Standards and Behavior
Instructor Schedule.
- In addition to the regular schedule Instructors may be expected to attend special
events specific to their school; graduations, special events ect. Exceptions to be approved by Branch Manager.
- As Instructor, you set the pace and energy for all of our students. Peak
mental, physical, emotional and martial shape are required.
- Appropriate attire: Full Uniform mandatory when classes begin.
- Treat all team members the same level of respect due our best student.
