Objective of Position:
Responsible for the Yard including helping customers in the lumber yard and delivering of products to job sites
Essential Functions:
- Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
. Backing up and moving trailers and equipment
- Keeping product rotated and stacked
. Forklift Certification
. CDL Class A or B Driver's License with preference for A
- Shipping and receiving knowledge
- Good housekeeping skills for a clean yard
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help customers find the location of products
- Answer customers’ questions and provide information on company policies
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Previous experience with backing up and moving trailers and loading heavy equipment preferred.
- Education Qualifications- prefer High School diploma
- Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help customers and resolve issues
