Junior HVAC Service Technician / Installer – 2 Years Experience
This is not an entry-level or completely green position. You should already be able to handle most residential service calls and installations.
All American HVAC is a locally owned heating and cooling company based in Crown Point, Indiana. We’re looking for a Junior HVAC Service Technician / Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience who wants to keep growing in the trade.
Sheet metal experience is required. You must be comfortable doing the sheet metal work needed on residential installs, including plenums, transitions, ductwork, and modifications.
You do not need to be a lead technician yet. We’re looking for someone who can contribute in the field, work well with the team, take care of customers, and continue developing into a strong all-around HVAC technician.
What You'll Do
- Run residential service and maintenance calls
- Diagnose and repair common furnace and AC issues
- Perform residential furnace and AC installations
- Complete sheet metal work needed during installations
- Assist with more advanced service and installation jobs when needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete job notes, photos, and documentation in Housecall Pro
- Keep job sites, company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience – REQUIRED
- Sheet metal experience – REQUIRED
- Must be able to handle most residential service calls and installations
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable, professional, and able to work well with customers and the team
- Willing to keep learning and improving
EPA 608 Certification preferred.

Schedule
- Full-time
