Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Document care provided according to agency guidelines
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for every client
- Active Pennsylvania CNA Certification
- Current TB test and required health documents (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable
- Previous home care experience is a plus
