Position Summary:

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in both Patient Care Coordination and Human Resources operations. From staffing and documentation to basic clinical tasks like PPD placement, your contributions will directly support our care teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Required
• High School Diploma – Required
• Associate’s Degree – Preferred
• 2 years experience in a Medical Assistant or administrative role
• HR experience – Preferred
• Home care or healthcare experience – Preferred
• PPD placement experience – Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally answer and direct phone calls
• Assist HR and Patient Care teams with administrative duties
• Process timesheets, scan/upload documents
• Manage outgoing/incoming mail and faxes
• Administer TB skin tests and maintain records
• Support follow-ups for positive PPD results
• Provide general clerical assistance as needed
