Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly with customers
- Provide system replacement recommendations when needed
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- Follow company safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
