Position Summary
All American Gymnastics is seeking a friendly, organized,
and highly motivated Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first
point of contact for our athletes, families, and visitors. This individual will
provide exceptional customer service while managing daily front office
operations and supporting the administrative needs of our gymnastics facility.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and
thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist athletes, parents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage class registrations, enrollments, waitlists, transfers, and account updates.
- Process payments, maintain accurate customer accounts, and assist with billing questions.
- Schedule appointments, evaluations, make-up classes, and special events.
- Maintain accurate student records and confidential information.
- Assist with office organization, filing, inventory, and general administrative tasks.
- Communicate program information, policies, events, and promotions to families.
- Support coaches and management with administrative projects as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative
- training preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, customer service, or front office experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with children, parents, and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a positive attitude.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with the ability to quickly learn new
- software.
- Experience using iClassPro is strongly preferred. Experience with similar class management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems will also be considered.
- Comfortable learning new technology and office systems.

- Experience working in youth sports, recreation, childcare, education, or a gymnastics
- environment is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to move throughout the facility as needed.
Schedule
This position may require daytime, evening, and occasional
weekend hours based on program needs.
